Mental health is something that anyone can go through in diffent ways. Mental health can be describe as something that affect a person's thinking, feeling, mood, or behavior, such as depression, anxitey, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. If anyone who is going through this should ask for help for exmaple talk to somone who they can trust like thier parent or ask for hleplines SAMHSA’s National Helpline – 1-800-662-HELP (4357) and go to the helplines which your state provide or which is closest to your house.
